My intention for my meditation practice today is to
calm my mind, relax my body and open to love for
myself and others and to find kindness,
compassion and equanimity in all things.
May I open my mind and contemplate the
true nature of reality as a remedy to
unhappiness and dissatisfaction.
I dedicate my practice to the
community (sangha) of humanity.
May the teachings and wisdom of the dharma bring
greater awareness and freedom as I aim towards
May I contribute to the well being of all people
